In june 2026 I facilitated a laboratory for the artistic team of Reactor, an independent theatre space in Cluj-Napoca. It was the first of four such contexts, designed to bring coherence within the current practice of the team. The aim of this first stage was to try and establish a common vovabulary in articulating the theoretical legacy of theatre, but also to find fluid ways of allowing the diverse conceptual approaches and personal lives to come together in coherent ways. At the end of ten days of talking and drawing personal maps, we set up an interactive installation, a semantic aggregator for both the artists and public, through which all of the participants could read and build their own (but also common) itterations of a definition for theatre.
